We are seeking the services of a Chef or skilled cook .

We have 2 positions available , hours are flexible with a minimum of 20 hours dependent on the applicant and experience.

Both people will need to have the ability to work in a team

You will have the oportunity to be involved in the design of new menus & the creation of new menu items including drinks .

Should be able to eventually control the kitchen should the head Chef be away or performing other duties .

The right person will be able to run the kitchen during busy periods, guiding other staff.

In addition to the kitchen we are also have an available position for a person who is able to mix drinks. We would train the right person as required . You woud be required to be able to prepare drinks from our non alcoholic , coffee, tea, frappes , smoothies , to our beer wine and cocktail list .

You woud be expected to adhere and administer our recipes and procedures .
